Austin had mini-seizures one after another this morning. The more he had, the longer they got. We gave him another small dose of his meds and called Children's. The doctor on call said if the seizures continued we should take him to the Emergency Room for a dose of meds through IV. Austin took a long nap, but as soon as he woke up he started having them again, so we took him to the ER. They put in the IV (twice), gave him the meds, locked the IV, and sent us home. He's doing great and hasn't had any seizures. We have to go back tomorrow for another dose. Hopefully it'll last until we get to Children's on Monday.
