Happy 5th Birthday Aust!

We hadn't made any plans for Austin's birthday and I decided at the last minute to go skating in Grant. Ryan and Jane went with us and Austin invited his friend Brice. We had so much fun. The boys started on regular skates but it didn't take long to realize that wasn't going to work. They did great on the little Fisher-Price skates for kids. Tayvin also had a pair and she was a skating fool! She had an absolute blast and by the end was getting upset when we were trying to hold her hand. Little miss independent. Both the boys fell plenty of times and each cried once. I'm just thankful Aust only brought one friend. Four adults were almost not enough for three kids. :)

Austin cried this morning because it wasn't his birthday anymore. Oh the devastation we have as children. :)
