It's been a huge struggle to get him to eat and drink. The only thing that gets through is telling him he's going to have to go to the hospital and get an IV. He's been there enough to know that's not a good option. Pretty much every time he drinks it comes through his nose. Poor kid. A straw has helped that a bit.
He goes through phases but most of the time he won't talk at all because his throat is so sore, however moaning and groaning must not hurt so bad. :)
We were supposed to go to daycare today but he's not on the mend like I thought he would be, so we're taking it easy again today. He slept a lot yesterday and slept through the night last night, so hopefully we're getting closer to feeling better.
